Order Processing and Production
Made-to-Order (Customized) Patches:
When you place a custom order on Palm Stitch, your patch is made to your specifications. Please allow 3–5 business days for production. During this time, a digital proof will be sent to your email for approval. Your prompt response helps avoid delays. If no response is received within 48 hours, production will proceed based on the initial request.
Premade Patches:
Premade patches are ready to ship and will be processed within 1–2 business days of purchase.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
After processing (production time for custom orders or handling time for premade items), your order will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. The estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days. All orders ship from San Francisco, CA.
Important: If your order contains both premade and made-to-order items, the entire order will ship together once all items are ready.
Standard Shipping Options
Faster shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost. These reduce transit time but do not shorten production time for custom items.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor delivery through USPS.

Shipping costs vary based on order weight and selected shipping method. Final pricing is calculated at checkout.
